- Report CR251498, dated 19.02.2025, agency EAIC, test subject AeroCatTower AS065-Series (NOT AS25GCBZ0 specifically). 200mg of test substance dropped over 20 minutes; fur recovery measured after operation.
- Results: Automatic wind at 5cm — 73% fur recovery; Turbo wind at 5cm — 99.9% fur recovery.
3) Allergen Testing

4) Odor & Gas Testing
- Five major gas test — Application No. CT25-005772K (14.01–11.02.2025), target model AeroCatTower AS065-Series, agency KCL, per standard SPS-KACA003-0132:2022. Results: overall harmful gas removal 84%; formaldehyde >99.5%; ammonia 95%; acetaldehyde 79%; acetic acid 89%; toluene 57%.
- NO₂/SO₂ testing — Report CT25-011342K (04–20.02.2025), agency KCL, test subject AS065-Series. Results: NO₂ 31% removal after 30 minutes; SO₂ 92% removal after 30 minutes.
5) UVnano — Feature Section Test
- Test dated 10–18.05.2021, laboratory Pukyong National University (TÜV Rheinland certified), test model FS061PWHA (NOT AS25GCBZ0). Temperature 25±3°C, relative humidity 50±10%, UV LED applied to upper/lower fans for 1 hour, wind speed weak.
- Results: Staphylococcus aureus 99.99% (top/bottom); Klebsiella pneumoniae 99.99% (top/bottom); Staphylococcus epidermidis 99.99% (top/bottom). LG states actual results may differ in real usage environments.
6) UVnano & HEPA — Generic FAQ Testing
- UVnano FAQ test: Application No. TBK-2024-009193 (04–07.09.2024), target model AS55*G* (NOT AS25GCBZ0), agency KOTITI. Results ranged 99.998%–99.999% depending on bacteria type and fan position.
- HEPA FAQ test (0.01µm particles): Application No. CT24-078042E_M1 (03–09.09.2024), agency KCL, test product AS55*G*. Result: 99.999% removal after operating for 28 minutes 10 seconds or longer.

7) Filter Replacement & Pet Filter Care
- The approximately one-year replacement cycle assumes ~10 hours of use per day — actual replacement timing may vary based on daily operating hours, air quality and environmental conditions.
- Do not wash the filter with water — this may shorten its lifespan. Photocatalytic filter regeneration is recommended approximately once every two months for around three hours; the regeneration-performance test used household odor substances including ammonia, acetic acid and acetaldehyde, following the Korea Air Cleaning Association's test method.
8) Installation / Environment
- Install at least 1 metre away from the wall — insufficient intake space can affect purification performance. Product performance may vary depending on environmental temperature and humidity; LG states the product can perform effectively at approximately 40–70% humidity. Avoid direct sunlight and strongly bright lights.
